Frequently asked questions
What ages can join?
The academy has three age groups: Under 8 (Foundation), Under 13 (Youth) and Under 19 (Advanced). When you register, we check your child's date of birth against the age-group cut-off.
Where does training take place?
Training takes place in Kuwait. Venue details will be shared with registered families.
How many sessions are there per week?
Two sessions per week. Sessions run within our 4:00pm – 7:00pm window; each age group trains for part of that window, not the full three hours. Exact days and times will be confirmed.
What is the monthly fee?
Academy membership is 160 KD per month.
Is there a registration fee?
Yes — a one-time registration fee of 80 KD, payable securely online when you register.
How are monthly fees paid?
Following registration, we will send you details of the ongoing monthly fee arrangements. Monthly membership is administered by our partner KES.
Is kit included?
Kit details will be confirmed and shared with families after registration.
Who coaches the sessions?
Sessions are delivered by local coaches trained in the Plymouth Parkway coaching philosophy, with oversight and mentoring from the club in the UK.
What is Lee Peacock's involvement?
Lee Peacock, Plymouth Parkway's Head of Youth and Disability, oversees the coaching programme and mentors coaches across the club's international academies. Day-to-day sessions are delivered by the local coaching team.
Will my child be able to visit England?
We aim to offer opportunities such as UK camps and football experiences in England. These are subject to assessment, eligibility and availability, and are not guaranteed.
Can I register more than one child?
Yes. Complete a registration for each child — after the first, choose “Register another child” and your parent/guardian details will be filled in for you.
What happens after I register?
You will receive a confirmation email with your registration reference. Our team will then contact you with session details and the monthly fee arrangements.
