Who we are
Plymouth Parkway FC Academy Kuwait ("the Academy") is the Kuwait academy of Plymouth Parkway FC. This policy explains how we collect and use personal information about players and their parents or guardians.
What we collect
- Player details: name, date of birth, age group and, if you choose to provide them, gender, nationality, school and football experience.
- Parent/guardian details: name, relationship to the player, phone, WhatsApp, email, country of residence and an emergency contact.
- Optional medical or support information you choose to share so we can keep your child safe.
- Records of the consents you give and payment status. We never store card details — payments are processed by a regulated payment provider.
How we use it
- To process your registration and manage your child's place in the Academy.
- To contact you about sessions, fees and important updates.
- To keep players safe during training.
- For photography, marketing or WhatsApp messages only if you have opted in.
Sharing with KES
Relevant registration and contact information is shared securely with KES for the purpose of administering your child's ongoing academy membership and monthly fees. KES receives only the information it needs (registration reference, player name, date of birth/age group, parent name and contact details, programme, registration date and your data-sharing acknowledgement). Medical information and payment details are never shared with KES.
Medical information
Medical and support information is stored separately, is visible only to authorised administrators, and every access is logged.
How long we keep it
We keep registration records for as long as your child is a member and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal and safeguarding obligations.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold, or withdraw optional consents at any time, by contacting the Academy.
